Guide Dogs

In glorious weather on Saturday June 4th 2011 there was a huge attendance at the Guide Dogs Fun Day at their HQ in Woodford Bridge. Local performers were invited to provide entertainment throughout the day.

Pictured here are a group from The Crofton Singers with Mr Tim Poole, a guest at the Fun Day, with his guide dog at his side. The Crofton Singers presented two 30 minute programmes during the afternoon, with light-hearted pieces including I do like to be beside the seaside, the Teddy Bears' Picnic, Somewhere over the Rainbow, together with madrigals and part-songs.
